For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have 450 euros to spend for the whole period. If you spend more, you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.2) A deposit will be charged which will be calculated according to the length of your stay. For bookings of 1-3 months the deposit is 450 euros, for bookings of 3-6 months the deposit is 800 euros and for bookings of 6-11 months the deposit is 1 monthly rental. The deposit will be returned 30-45 days after the stay.3) A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning which is NOT included in the price. The cost of each monthly cleaning is 60 euros and will be on a day of your choice, lasting 3 hours.
